Impossible Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, spinach or asparagus
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese (low-fat if desired)
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tomato, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
    Spread cooked broccoli in pie plate.
    Beat together sour cream, cottage cheese, Bisquick, margarine and eggs.
    Pour in pie plate.
    Top with thin tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    When knife inserted in center comes out clean, it is done.
    Serves 6 to 8.
