Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cake flour
    7 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 3/4 cup granulated sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
    Pour batter into an 8 or 9-inch square pan or dish.
