Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. chopped pecans
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and butter.
When mixture begins to boil rapidly, add pecans.
Boil, stirring constantly, until mixture forms large bubbles on top and looks sugary.
Remove from fire. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well buttered marble slab or platter.
