Holiday Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) jar pearl onions
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet; add celery and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until celery is crisp-tender, stirring often.
    Add onions, rosemary, peas, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
