Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated squash
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix until well blended. Blend flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder into mixture on low speed until smooth. Add squash, carrots and nuts. Stir until well blended. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Makes 2 loaves.
