Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Chill 2 hours; form into ball and roll into 1/2 cup nuts and parsley flakes. Serve with crackers.
