Ingredients

2 1/2 c. old-fashioned oatmeal (quick oats okay)
3/4 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. hot water (5 c. for quick oats)
Preparation

Let stand for 5 minutes.
Bake approximately 9 minutes in waffle iron.
Spray waffle iron with Pam every other time.
