Beef Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 lb. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (11 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can diced ripe olives
Preparation

Saut onion in oleo.
Add meat and beans.
Add salt, garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar and chili powder.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Lightly butter 10-inch baking dish.
Cover bottom with chips; sprinkle with cheese and half of meat sauce.
Repeat layers.
Top with corn chips, cheese and olives.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
