Lemon Refrigerator Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. water
    6 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 angel food cakes (brush away brown off cake)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites in large bowl.
    Fold in sugar and beat until stiff.
    Fold into custard mixture.
    Place layers of cake, broken in bite size.
    One layer of cake and one layer of custard until all custard and cake is used.
    Leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Unmold and frost with whipped cream.
