Cannelloni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    12 cannelloni or manicotti
    1/2 c. finely chopped red pepper
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce, divided
    1/8 tsp. thyme, crushed
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. Provolone cheese, shredded and divided
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef until brown.
    Drain and remove from skillet.
    Add sausage, cook 12 to 15 minutes until well browned.
    Remove from skillet.
