Lime Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. lime juice
    4 drops green food coloring
    1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix gelatine with sugar.
    Add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
    Add lime juice, food coloring and lime peel.
    Cool mixture completely.
    Stir in milk. Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is frozen about 1/2 inch around sides of bowl.
