Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries
    1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 small bananas, sliced
    1 c. nuts (if you want)
    sour cream
Preparation
    Thaw strawberries and drain, reserving juice.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and add juices (should make 2 cups of juice).
    Fold in all fruits and nuts.
    Turn half of the jello mixture into a mold or pan.
    Chill until set in refrigerator.
    Spread carton of sour cream over set jello.
    Then carefully pour remaining jello mixture over the top. Return to refrigerator and chill until set.
    Serves 12.
