Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. soft butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation

Mix well.
Roll in small balls and press down slightly with a fork that has been dipped in water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. While still quite warm, roll in powdered sugar.
