Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg whites (room temperature)
Preparation

Pour melted butter into 9 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually add sugar.
Pour sugar mixture over pecans; spread in pan over butter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool.
