Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded Muenster cheese
2 tsp. mustard
Grey Poupon mustard
1 pie shell

Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion in margarine until tender (10 minutes).
Mix in seasonings.
