Cranberry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cranberries, washed and stemmed
2 pears or apples, unpeeled and sliced thin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Quaker oats
Preparation

Mix fruit, sugar and cinnamon and put in lightly greased casserole.
Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans, butter and Quaker oats and sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
