Crispy Cooky Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 C warm water
4 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 C margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 C warm milk
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1-1/4 C sugar

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Combine flour, salt, lemon rind, and 1/4 C of sugar in a large bowl.
Cut in margarine.
