Chicken Salad(18 Seven Ounce Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken tenders
    3 c. fresh celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Heinz sweet pickle relish (not drained)
    32 oz. jar mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook chicken tenders until done.
    Pinch
    the tendon off of each tender, being careful not to waste any meat.
    Discard the tendons.
    Cut tenders in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Place tenders in bowl; cover and place in refrigerator while you prepare the other ingredients for the chicken salad.
