Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 vanilla wafers
1 c. blueberry or cherry pie filling
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Line the cups of a muffin tin (12 cup muffin tin) with paper liners.
Put a vanilla wafer into the bottom of each cup, then fill three quarters full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
When cool, top each cake with pie filling.
