Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; reserve half of the cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan or dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
