Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In huge mixing bowl, beat egg whites and water until frothy, not stiff.
    In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Pour pecans into egg whites and stir until well coated. Add sugar mixture and stir until pecans are covered.
    Spread pecans on large baking sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove immediately from baking sheet to cool.
