Pineapple Parfait Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 large marshmallows
    1 flat can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 (8 to 9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine marshmallows and pineapple in saucepan and cook over medium heat until marshmallows are completely melted.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Whip the cream and fold pineapple mixture into whipped cream.
    Pour into graham cracker crust and chill several hours or overnight.
    May be topped with more whipped cream and toasted coconut if desired.
