Ingredients

1 envelope gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
1/4 c. Kahlua
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
Stir in milk and chocolate pieces.
Place over medium heat and stir constantly until gelatin is dissolved and chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; beat with rotary beater until chocolate is blended.
Stir in Kahlua and vanilla.
Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into a 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish with chocolate curls.
