Chicken In Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. fat
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. chicken stock or milk
2 c. diced, cooked chicken

Preparation

Melt fat and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add chicken stock and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add chicken and more seasoning, if necessary.
Serve in macaroni ring.
Serves 4.
