Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
large sized marshmallows
corn flakes

Preparation

Cook potatoes and mash.
Mix with sugar and butter thoroughly. Wrap marshmallows with potato mixture.
Roll each ball in corn flakes.
Place in greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
