Working Woman'S Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
6 medium potatoes
3 or 4 carrots
1 large onion
6 chicken thighs or breasts
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 tsp. garlic
Preparation

Just wash meat and veggies and cut up.
Of course, you peel the potatoes!
Throw everything in one pot.
Simmer at 350\u00b0 until tender to preference or chicken is done.
Serves 3 to 6 people, depending on how much you eat!
Can be served over rice.
Is definitely not fattening unless you make gravy.
