Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 c. cooked zucchini, mashed
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. (1 pkg.) Stove Top stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    In 2-quart shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients, except reserve 1/2 of the margarine and 1/2 stuffing mix.
    Melt margarine.
    Toss remaining stuffing mix with melted margarine and spoon over vegetable mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
