Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes for each pie or approximately 4 to 6 large or 8 to 10 small sweet potatoes
    4 large or 6 small eggs
    1/2 lb. butter or 2 sticks margarine
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. Carnation or Pet milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt (can omit)
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Melt butter and add to potatoes.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time, or all together.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add milk and beat again until smooth.
    Lastly, add spices.
    Pour into 4 to 5 pie shells (4 full or 5 medium-full pies).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until browned.
