Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head uncooked cauliflower
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, thawed
    1 small onion, diced
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.
    Toss all ingredients except bacon together. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
    Add bacon just before serving.
    Serves 8.
