Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 c. diced celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
1 box frozen peas, thawed
8 to 10 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Layer in order given in a large bowl.
Refrigerate overnight, stirring just before serving.
