Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. soda cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. canned corn, drained
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Put cracker crumbs and milk in a greased casserole.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Bake in preheated oven (330\u00b0) for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake another 10 minutes. Serves 4.
