Grecco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 small cans mushrooms, drained and chopped
    3 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 large can cream-style corn
    2 c. shelled macaroni
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and pepper in small amount of oil until glossy. Brown meat.
    Keep moving to prevent burning.
    Add mushrooms and remove from heat.
    Boil macaroni until tender; drain and add.
    Add tomato sauce and corn; mix well.
    Place in a well-greased casserole and refrigerate until ready to bake.
    Grate lots of sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
    Place in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
