Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, peeled and sliced thin
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can pizza sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, sliced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    sliced or grated cheese (Mozzarella)
    sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Dip eggplant in egg and then crumbs. Brown in hot oil.
    Set aside.
