Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter
1 c. cider
Preparation

Beat all ingredients with rotary beater until smooth.
Grease a pan with butter.
Cook until light brown, like pancakes.
Turn and brown other side.
After, you can spread with jam, honey or sugar, or I put some apple or pineapple or peaches inside.
