Chocolate Yum-Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients

26 Oreos, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 small cans Pet milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate squares or 6 Tbsp. powdered cocoa

Preparation

Mix Oreos and 1/3 cup of melted butter and press in 9 x 12-inch pan and freeze.
Mix softened ice cream with instant coffee; spread over Oreo mixture and freeze.
In saucepan, mix chocolate squares or cocoa, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons margarine and Pet milk.
Cook until thickened.
Cool and put on top of ice cream mixture.
