Chipped Apple Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch unbaked pie crust
2 1/2 c. chipped apples
1 egg, beaten
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Prepare pie crust.
Place chipped apples into crust.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt and melted margarine.
Add beaten egg.
Pour over chipped apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with ice cream.
