Peanut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 chicken wings, cut tips off and cut remaining parts to make 48 pieces
    1 c. peanut oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 green onion stems
    1/4 c. chopped peanuts
    1 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix peanut oil, soy sauce and sugar together in a large pan. After the sugar is dissolved, add chicken
    parts.
    Bring chicken in sauce to a boil, stirring occasionally.\tCover
    and cook
    for about 45 minutes or until wings are
    tender.
    Remove chicken from sauce and place on serving tray.
    Chop
    the stems of
    3
    green onions
    and
    mix together with 1/4\tcup
    chopped peanuts.
    Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with
    onion and peanut mixture.
