Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, cut up in small pieces after peeling
    2 lb. venison meat (1-inch cubes)
    1 c. consomme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. instant minced onion or medium fresh onion
    1 stalk celery, cut up fine
    garlic (optional)
    tomato cubes (optional)
Preparation
    Place preceding ingredients in your slow cooker in order given.
    Stir until mixed, then cover and cook on low heat overnight or 10 to 12 hours.
