Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 split, boned and skinned chicken halves
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dried parsley flakes
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan and cool.
Mix stuffing, cheese and parsley together.
Dip boned chicken in melted butter and then in stuffing mix.
When all are coated, place in 9 x 12-inch dish or pan and sprinkle balance of stuffing mixture on top.
Drip small amount of butter on top, also.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
