Banana-Raisin Cookies(Low-Fat; No Sugar Except From Fruit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 1/4 c. rolled oats
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. apple juice or water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    (Batter should be a little stiff.)
    Drop by teaspoon onto a nonstick or lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
    Bake for about 15 minutes.
