Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    bread flour
Preparation
    Put oatmeal into boiling water and let stand.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add oil; add oatmeal mixture and all other ingredients.
    Mix well as you go along.
    Add bread flour until you get a stiff workable dough.
    Knead well.
    Let rise.
    Knead again and shape into loaves.
    Let rise and bake at 350\u00b0 until done (approximately 20 to 25 minutes).
