Banana-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large banana
    2 c. chopped, toasted pecans
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. dark rum or 1 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mash half of the banana and cube the other half. Blend all the ingredients; pour into the pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until crust is golden and filling is set. Let cool at least 2 hours before cutting.
