Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Beat egg, add buttermilk and mix.
    Set aside.
    Shake together flour, parsley, pepper and paprika.
    In another bag, shake together cornflake crumbs and cheese.
    Drop chicken in egg mixture, the flour mixture, back in egg mixture then the cornflake mixture. Take chicken and press down in cornflake mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
