Creamy Orange Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine crumbs and butter, press firmly on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
Chill.
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then juice concentrate until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into crust.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh orange slices and whipping cream, if desired.
Store in refrigerator.
