Congo Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar
    2/3 c. butter, softened
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease jelly roll pan.
    Mix brown sugar, butter and eggs until well blended.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture; mix well. Add chips and pecans. Spread in prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
    Let stand for several minutes before cutting into squares.
