King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas, torn
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Mix soups, onion, pepper, chili powder, garlic and tomatoes. In a buttered casserole, layer tortillas, layer chicken, layer soup and layer cheese.
Continue to layer in order until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or plain.
Freezes well.
