Smoky Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well; shape into ball or log.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill (may be frozen).
    To serve, roll in chopped pecans or parsley.
