Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3/4 stick margarine
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, melted margarine, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Add coconut last.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Put into preheated 375\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Then lower heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until set and begins to brown.
