Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 egg yolk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pick over crabmeat to remove shells.
    Add all other ingredients except bread crumbs and toss lightly.
    Shape into cakes, roll in bread crumbs and fry quickly in hot fat.
    Makes 6 to 8 cakes.
