Poached Lobster Delights And Garden Vegetables(Fish - Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. quartered fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. lobster chunks
3 c. fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots and zucchini) or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend, thawed
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
Cook and stir on medium heat, until mixture thickens and boils.
Add mushrooms, lobster and vegetables.
Cover; reduce heat.
Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once.
Stir in lime juice and margarine.
Makes 4 servings, 111 calories per serving.
